Scouting

Structured trials, disciplined standards

Building a Disciplined Amateur Squad

Players join through trial intake windows. Selection is coach-led and based on attendance, attitude, discipline, and match readiness.

After each intake window, the squad locks to protect standards and training structure.

Trial Intake Pipeline

1

Trial intake window opens

We announce a limited intake period for players to register for trials.

2

Training attendance and attitude assessment

Coach-led evaluation of attendance, attitude, discipline, and match readiness.

3

Friendly match evaluation

Selected players are assessed in friendly matches approved by the coaching staff.

4

Squad lock after intake window

Once the intake window closes, the squad locks. Late applicants wait for the next intake.

Our Playing Style

We aim for high intensity, disciplined shape, and teamwork. The exact approach is set by the coaching staff and adjusted to match the squad and conditions.

Work rate over individual brilliance

We value players who run, press, and fight for every ball.

Team cohesion over star players

No egos. Everyone works for the team.

Tactical discipline over chaos

We play with a system and stick to it.

Continuous improvement over perfection

We get better every week. Mistakes are learning opportunities.

Geographic Diversity

We want players from every state in Malaysia. Sabah, Sarawak, Kelantan, Perlis - everyone is welcome.

Traditional scouting networks miss talented players from smaller towns. Our digital-first approach removes those barriers.

Trial Intake Windows

Trial intake windows are announced periodically. Follow our updates for the next intake window and requirements.
