By accessing or using Borneo Rovers FC services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Membership

Membership is renewed annually. Fees are non-refundable. We reserve the right to modify membership tiers, benefits, and pricing with reasonable notice.

Members must comply with community guidelines and conduct themselves respectfully.

Membership Access

Membership access (where offered) applies to selected friendly matches only. Training sessions are closed to members.

Access terms, venue rules, and capacity limits may change as operations evolve.

Intellectual Property

All content, logos, and materials related to Borneo Rovers FC are owned by the project or licensed appropriately. Members may not use club IP for commercial purposes without permission.

User Conduct

Users must not:

• Engage in harassment, hate speech, or abusive behavior
• Spam or distribute malicious content
• Attempt to disrupt club operations, training discipline, or match operations
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

Limitation of Liability

Borneo Rovers FC is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of our services or participation in club activities.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
