Our Plan For Scouting Players From Across Malaysia

Scouting2025-11-16

National Scouting Pipeline

One of our core missions is to create an open, accessible scouting system for Malaysian players.

The Problem

Traditional football clubs often rely on limited networks and connections. Talented players from smaller towns or states without strong football programs get overlooked.

Our Solution

An open, digital-first scouting pipeline that anyone can access.

How It Works

Phase 1: Online Submissions (Coming Soon)

Players submit:

- Highlight videos

- Basic stats (position, age, location)

- Playing history

- Contact information

Phase 2: Community Shortlisting

Our community helps review submissions:

- BRFC members can vote on interesting prospects

- Experienced players and coaches provide feedback

- We create a shortlist of promising players

Phase 3: Trial Days

When we're operationally ready:

- Host trial days in different regions

- Invite shortlisted players

- Conduct friendly matches

- Assess fit with our playing style

Phase 4: Squad Building

- Select players for our first official squad

- Provide training and development

- Enter amateur leagues (M5 or M4)

Our Playing Style

We're inspired by high-press, high-intensity football. Think Liverpool's gegenpressing but adapted for Malaysian amateur football.

We value:

- Work rate over individual brilliance

- Team cohesion over star players

- Tactical discipline over chaos

- Continuous improvement over perfection

Geographic Diversity

We want players from every state in Malaysia. Sabah, Sarawak, Kelantan, Perlis - everyone is welcome.
