National Scouting Pipeline
One of our core missions is to create an accessible pathway for Malaysian players to be evaluated through structured trials.
The Problem
Traditional football clubs often rely on limited networks and connections. Talented players from smaller towns or states without strong football programs get overlooked.
Our Solution
Trial intake windows supported by digital updates and clear requirements.
How It Works
Phase 1: Trial Intake Window Opens
We announce a limited intake period.
Phase 2: Training Attendance and Attitude Assessment
Coach-led evaluation based on:
- Attendance
- Attitude
- Discipline
- Match readiness
Phase 3: Friendly Match Evaluation
Selected players are assessed in friendly matches approved by the coaching staff.
Phase 4: Squad Lock After Intake Window
Once the intake window closes, the squad locks. Late applicants wait for the next intake.
Our Playing Style
We aim for high intensity, disciplined shape, and teamwork. The exact approach is set by the coaching staff.
We value:
- Work rate over individual brilliance
- Team cohesion over star players
- Tactical discipline over chaos
- Continuous improvement over perfection
Geographic Diversity
We want players from every state in Malaysia. Sabah, Sarawak, Kelantan, Perlis - everyone is welcome.
Timeline
We will publish updates on the next intake window when operationally ready.
Get Involved
If you're a player, follow our updates for the next intake window. If you're a member, follow the journey and support better football environments.
Together, we'll build Malaysia's most inclusive football club.
